Born and raised in Katy, TX, Dr. Clint Powell has always dreamt of becoming a veterinarian. He attended
Texas A&M University with an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science and at the same alma mater, graduated from TAMU’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 2008.

Dr. Powell has owned Acorn Hill Animal Hospital since 2011. Serving pet owners with the highest
standard of medical care, Dr. Powell is an esteemed member of the Texas Veterinary Medical
Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Powell believes in ongoing social
responsibility and enjoys working with animal welfare organizations like Guide Dogs for the Blind, the
Austin Bulldog Rescue, Weimaraner Rescue of Texas, and Our Voice Rescue.

Dr. Powell is married and a proud father of three lovely boys with whom he loves spending time fishing,
hiking and riding in their jeep.
