Elo was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico and moved to Texas when she was nine years old. As a child, she was an avid reader with the innate desire to become a librarian.   Elo shifted her interests to honing her managerial skills and joined Acorn Hill Animal Hospital enabling her to manage a customer service team. She assists veterinary operations resulting in elevating customer satisfaction and exceeding client experience. Elo considers herself a foodie, fond of recreating culinary dishes. She is also
a fan of podcasts and visiting second-hand stores.
